PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deposit at Village Hall, 61 Front Street, Deposit, NY on October 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter may be heard, regarding a local law entitled “A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 110 OF THE VILLAGE CODE REGARDING FAILURE TO REMEDY SOLID WASTE VIOLATIONS”

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance of said proposed Local Law will be reviewed by the Board of Trustees incident to and as a part of said public hearing.

Any person is entitled to be heard upon said proposed local law at such public hearing.  Communications in writing in relation thereto must be submitted by contacting the Village Clerk’s Office prior to the public hearing.  Persons with disabilities who require assistance should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
